Food Safety Reports: Domino's Pizza, South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV, USA

I ordered a pan pizza, garlic Parmesan sauce, spinach, and pineapple. The next morning I woke up bloated and nauseous, and shortly after began vomiting and diarrhea. This lasted 24 hours.
