Had coffee for breakfast, muffin and cheese panini for lunch. Did not have dinner as felt vomiting by evening. Slept on it without eating further and next day severe vomiting feeling and headache. Had eaten nothing else after the EAT food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
