Oily Salsa Causes Illness

I think it was the Chile it was a salsa that was dark in color and oily I got sick not even 35 min after I ate this and my friend had bought same thing but she was vomiting and couldn't stand on her feet lost her balance very weak  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
