Food Poisoning - 8/7 Ordered the chicken avocado burrito and within 6 hours became sick with horrible abdominal/back pain, convulsions, severe body shakes, vomiting and diarrhea.

Ate crunchy taco. Was at drive thru Saturday Oct 20 around 140pm. Within an hour of eating the taco I felt ill. Have had diarrhea for 3 days.
