I ordered 1chicken avocado bowl at El Loco Polo in Buckeye Az on Sunday May 6, Sunday @ 11:56 am. On Monday morning I begin vomiting, diarrhea, headache very painful. Today is my first day up with light nausua. Can't eat solids without my stomach upset  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Indigestion
