Quesadilla Causes Rapid Illness

9/24 about 1pm. Steak yucateca quesadilla. Steak was kinda "saucey" and one piece had a hint of pink...but I'd never been afraid of that before. Was hit with diarrhea about 2hr after eating and it lasted about 4hrs until I got it stopped with Imodium.
