Food Safety Reports: Estherville Golf Course, 170th Street, Estherville, IA, USA

Not sure  Started puking and diarrhea around 6AM on 7/4. Ate at the restaurant on 7/3 at 6PM. He had a chicken Cajun Alfredo and I had just the chicken Alfredo and he’s the only one that got sick. Still experiencing symptoms
