Ordered shrimp fried rice, only thing I consumed yesterday. Ate around noon, took a nap and woke with the sudden urge to vomit. I threw up every last bit of the food. Was sweating heavily, lots of stomach cramping, had diarrhea, barely wanted to drink water because I felt that horrible.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
