Friday, 11/23/18. Had the breakfast burrito with sour cteam on the side. Suspect the sour cream as my companion did not have any and did not get sick. Started feeling sick about 8 hours later. Threw up all night, ended up in the ER.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
