Dole Bananas Cause Illness

Ate 2 Dole bananas yesterday from here. 3 hours later I had diarrhea, vomiting, headache, stomach cramps and a 103° fever. At first I thought it was the flu until only 29 hours later I'm almost back to normal again. Dole Bananas batch # 4011

Fish Poke Causes Illness

I bought salmon and ahi tuna poke. Cooked and consumed the salmon and ahi tuna, then 30 mins later started to have a burning sensation in my skin, sweats, and vomiting. I would advise anyone to buy fish not for the cheap price, but at an actual market where fish is the main item.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
