Ate 2 Dole bananas yesterday from here. 3 hours later I had diarrhea, vomiting, headache, stomach cramps and a 103° fever. At first I thought it was the flu until only 29 hours later I'm almost back to normal again. 4011 is the UPC for all bananas, all the time, any brand.
That's not the "batch number" that's the product code for check out. Same at every Fred Meyer.
Make sure to wash your fruit. It's most likely contamination from the peel. very unlikely to be from the bananas themselves.
