I ate fried pickles, a Diet Coke, an all American cheeseburger with fries and a brownie sundae. About an hour after eating I felt nauseous and got chills. About three hours after eating I vomited and had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
