Ate some sushi and variety of other food and fruit, food was lukewarm, next morning diarrhea and puking for about 6 hours along with chills and fever and headache  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
