Kids' Party Spaghetti Illness

We had a kid's birthday party there and everyone who ate the spaghetti was sick. So my daughters are twins, they both vomited in the middle of the night. All the kids go to school together and the next day they were all sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
