I had the chicken fried steak with a roll and I threw up before I left work (because they ordered grandys) later that evening I got a fever of 101.1 and in the morning I had to call in from work because I had a fever of 101.4. And I had diarrhea in the morning as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
