The shelves were empty and the only sandwich available was ham and cheese baguette. A round twelve of them. So I bought one even knowing I had diarrhea before with the Greggs ham. This time was different. I have severe abdominal pain, nausea and excruciating kidney pain as the diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
