Sausage Roll Illness Strikes

I purcahsed a sausage roll from the store at 2pm Wednesday 14th November shortly after I had a terrible pain in my stomach and started being sick and awful diahorrea I was so sick and it was awful  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
