Chicken Sandwich Illness Alert

Bought a chargrilled chicken oval bite around 12 the checkout lady placed it in the same bag as warm pasties I ate the sandwich once I was home around 1pm. Made a pasta bake for tea which I struggled to eat as felt bloated. At around 7pm I felt sick and dizzy by 10pm I was being sick with diarreah  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Bloating
