Since 12/15/23 We stayed at Hardrock resort at Los Cabos all inclusive meal We stayed at resort from 12/10-12/17. Since I got sick from 12/15 morning, I couldn’t get out of the bed for 3days. Very strong stomach cramps as well. I bought diarrhea n uti medicine at the resort through concierge.

June 29-July 6th. The food and water at this place. The staff was nice for the first few days but some of them become rude after a while

We arrived here on June 28, 2022. On June 30,2022 I got a bad case of diarrhea and nausea which lasted for several days. We traveled with 60 people and over 15 experienced the same symptoms before our 7 day vacation ended. Upon returning home I got sick with Covid.

severe pains in my stomach & diarrhea. My symptoms started July 6th - July 12th, 2022. I couldn't keep anything in & the pains in my stomach were almost unbearable. I believe it was e-coli poisoning or some type of bacterial/gastrointestinal infection from here. I'm also quite sure other guests were experiencing the same. I also noticed no gloves were being worn by staff who is preparing the food or serving the food. Also the are not being strict or enforcing mask wearing at the buffet.

earned money to stay 7 days there and my son has to stay in the room because he's too sick to come out and of course I had to stay with him what a waste of money and vacation time!! No one at your resort wears gloves while preparing food and why is this ??? Your kitchen and staff are obviously unsanitary!!!

night there at 2 AM on July 5th. I’ve now been sick for 4 days. I haven’t had any food because of the sickness. I placed a call to my Doctor and had to get medicine to help with my recovery.
I eventually had to go on an antibiotic. I sick for a total of 6 days. This is an outrage. You take vacation to rejuvenate and return home sick. I need a vacation from the recovery of the sickness. Crazy! | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Hi recently stayed heres for 7 days from 6/29-7/6 for about 3-4 days I was in excruciating pain my stomach was in knots I experienced violent diarrhea and nausea I was scared to eat or drink anything because I just wanted it to stop.
