Great hotel, BUT… caught food poisoning here and it’s totally ruined my stay. Been in bed for 2 days now can’t keep anything down. Horrendous

Salmonella at Hotel Pool

My partner got seriously ill from Food at the splash pool bar for lunch. We flew back home the next day, straight to a&e and he had to stay in hospital for 4 days. Confirmed salmonella food poisoning. I also go sick and almost 3 weeks later…

Despite great food options. All members of our party suffered nausea and diarrhea multiple times throughout our one week stay, one also experienced vomiting.

Chicken Nugget Illness Report

Horrendous food poisoning lasting two days after eating a chicken nugget from here at lunch. Reported to hotel manager, they removed the chicken nugget from the buffet options and also called a doctor for me. Reporting this on here as they are now denying all knowledge on trip advisor!
