I got diarrhea after eating the pre-cooked crab legs. I heated them up, but they had small seed or egg-like black spots on them. I wonder what was that and tried eating around it, but may be I should have not eaten them at all!

Inate from the salad bar last Monday evening. 30 min later vomiting, then everything else happened. I lost 20 pounds in 3 days.
