Ate the coleslaw and 5 hrs later got a fever, throwing up and diarrhea for 5 hours straight. I’ve been sick for 3 days in bed still with diarrhea, vomiting, bloody stools, and stomach cramps. Going to ER now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fever, Bloody Stool
