I ordered the Salmon toast, and was sent an Avocado toast, took two bites and vomited. Stomach feels nauseous and head is spinning, getting chills. The Caprese melt also looked old and soggy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
