Meatballs Cause Diarrhea

Had meatballs for dinner yesterday. Sh*t my pants an hour later while walking around Ikea. Today is the next day, I’ve had diarrhoea 7 times. Attached is the picture of the food. Thankfully nobody else in my party had any issues, which is why I blame the meatballs.

Ate meatballs on sunday 17 June. Fine until following morning when i vomited at 0700, and vomited 3 more times throughout day. Later came down with fever and liquid poop. Nightmare. Fine on tuesday but girlfriend has vomited today after feeling ill yesterday, she also had meatballs…

Sunday 30th April 2017 - had meatballs and gravy and a cheesecake for dessert. Could have been either of those as my husband had different food to myself. Symptoms started around 6 hours after with feverishness and loss of appetite. Two days later still having diarrhoea and awful stomach cramping.
