Mushroom Breakfast Illness

We had breakfast there yesterday morning. After few hours 4 members of my family experienced stomach pain nausea diarrhea and vomit. My stomach still feels very weak. I believe the mushrooms caused it as they didn't taste right.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Weakness

Pregnant, Sick After Veggie Hotdog

I ate a Veggie hotdog which I’m 100 percent was the culprit and used the sauce and drinks station which was very used and not tidy or clean. I threw up after a few hours and have been for 2 days so far and I’m pregnant. I’ve not suffered from food poisoning this bad and in a long time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Meatball Burps & Fever

I noticed thehave been topping up mearballs instead of using all the meatballs up first and swapping the tray. One of the meatballs tasted really unpleasant, like old meat.
