On July 14 I had a 3 x 3 cheeseburger with a fry within 24 hours I was experiencing severe stomach pain and vomiting and diarrhea it is days later with continuous nausea, One sick within 13 hours of eating the 3x3 with cheese and spread only with a fry  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
