I got fries and a shake on Sunday. By 3:am Monday I was having nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. It got so bad I fainted and gave myself a concussion.

Severe Illness Post Cheeseburger

After not even 30 min of eating a cheeseburger reg onions animal fries i experienced severe abdominal pains the rest of the night into the following day. Terrible headache, chills, fever, and slept most of the day to wake up the same. Extremely nauseous and in pain.

I’ve never experienced this from in n out but I’m really not feeling good whatsoever. I ate it maybe 4 hours ago now
