Ate tacos at He ate tacos and then a half an hour later he threw up then started sweating a lot and he was kind of slurring when you talk and pale stomach ache said was tired just not normal

Urgent Care After Fast Food

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. About an hour after I be came very sick. I spent the night in the restroom violently sick. In the morning I had to go to Urgent care where they gave me an IV because I was very dehydrated.
