I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. About an hour after I be came very sick. I spent the night in the restroom violently sick. In the morning I had to go to Urgent care where they gave me an IV because I was very dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
