On the 8 of April I stopped at the AM PM to get gas and I bought a Jumbo jack meal and 3 hrs later I was sick to my stomach with cramps and diarrhea,later,vomit and fever ended up in the hospital with salmonella

I went to jack in the box with my friend, ordered the buttery jack combo #2, and some seasoned curly fries. I ate the fries no problem but when I took a bite out of the burger before I had to do something I got severe stomach…
