Ate teriyaki bowl around 6:00pm. Started vomiting 3 minutes after I was finished and could not stop. Went to Emergency room at Valley Medical where I was treated and had tests to rule out other possibilities and was diagnosed as food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
