Nuggets Trigger Severe Illness

Orderd the 10 piece chicken nuggets and a couple hours later my stomach started to hurt like crazy and I was getting cold chills, headaches, and nausea still have symptoms the next day and I've been taking alieve so I hope I start feeling better.
