Ate at Jack in the Box 0141 in Flagstaff, AZ on 04/24/2026 around 9:45 PM. I had curly fries, stuffed jalapeños with ranch, Sweet Reaper Mozzarella Sticks with marinara/ranch, and a fountain drink. Soon after, I developed severe vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal cramping and ended up going to the ER for dehydration/IV fluids. The restaurant appeared to be in closing/cleaning procedures at the time.
