Fries and jalapeno poppers, Jack in the Box, Imperial Highway, Downey, CA, USA

I visited this location on Sunday (5/9/21) around 4 ish. I ordered 1) Large curly fries and 1) 7 jalapeno poppers. My fries were room temperature and the poppers appeared to be refried (quickly), the cheese on the poppers was not melted, however the out side of
the poppers were slightly hot. I consumed all my fries and only two of my poppers (due to the cold cheese). After a full day of training, I didn't have the energy to return the uneaten poppers and I discarded them. Monday morning at 3 am, I was awakened to a severe headache (between my eyebrows and crown of my head), and discomfort at the top of my stomach (like something was lodged) and a fever. In addition, I was experiencing "night sweats". I attempted to use the restroom and my equalabriam was completely off. All of Monday, I was nauseated, my dizzyness continued. I had no appetite, I was able to consume several saltine crackers. I had to consume small sips of ginger tea to prevent my nausea from worsening. The discomfort at the top of my stomach, subsided slightly by gently massaging the area and consuming several tumes (hopefully to help with the indigestion), my headache and fever still persisted. I was bedridden the entire day. My bowel movements were watery. Tuesday, my equalabriam is still slightly off If I stand too quickly, I still have a low grade fever. I consumed ginger tea and more saltine crackers, however the stomach discomfort still persist (the lodged feeling has moved closer to my mid abdomen). I am still experiencing the watery stool. I have been belching, consistently since Monday morning. More importantly, I rarely consume fast food (maybe once every 4-5 months), I am a athlete. I wish, I never consumed this tainted food, the end result is I am: bedridden, nauseated, dizzy, experiencing stomach discomfort with and ongoing fever and headache. Please look into this matter, I accidentally stumbled on the site, looking for remedies to cure food posing. I want to ensure others don't experience a similar outcome. Thank you for your time.

Boucherie Les Saules inc., located at 2070 Boulevard Masson, Québec City, QC, Canada, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, has issued a recall for its Taouk brand vegetable and mushroom and sesame soups. The recall is due to improper storage methods that could
potentially lead to the growth of Clostridium botulinum bacteria. To date, no illnesses have been reported in connection with these products.
The recalled products are
- Mushrooms & sesame (750 ml)
- Vegetables (750 ml)
The products were sold until April 23, 2024, and were packaged in glass jars with black metal lids. They were sold at room temperature at the establishment mentioned above. The products are not showing any signs of spoilage or suspicious odor.
If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased. Products could be contaminated with the bacteria Clostridium botulinum. Foods contaminated with the toxin of this bacterium when ingested can cause the following symptoms: facial paralysis, non-reactive or fixed pupils, difficulty swallowing, drooping eyelids, etc, impaired vision and speech. In severe cases, the disease can cause death.
In case you experienced Botulism symptoms, report it now. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.

My children have been throwing up non stop and experiencing diarrhea. My stomach has had severe abdominal cramping and pain. I told my husband to throw away what we had left. Next step is taking my family and I to the ER.

I bought a salad from a vegetarian stall where the food was uncovered. But everything looked clean. Within in an hour I felt nauseous. I had to get on my flight that night. At the airport my husband started to feel ill also.
