Steak Salad Causes ER Visit

Ate steak on Friday. The Salad had an odd taste. Saturday I had terrible diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. I went to the ER for fluids and today on Monday I still have terrible stomach pains and diarrhea.

Got the beyond beef salad and vomited all night long. My dad had a few bites of it and said he had some severe cramping himself.
