My wife's clinic had lunch delivered to fort Worth thyroid and diabetes clinic from there.

Both my daughter and I ate a pollo mexicano baked potato from Jason's Deli. A little while after we were both throwing up and have diarrhea and cramping all throughout the night and still having issues.

Ate at 12, and by 2:00 am I was throwing up. Body aches, chills and nausea all the next day
