Beef Smell, Health Risks

The beef at Jimboy's smells badly. I'm sure the grade of meat doesn't comply with FED's regulations. This particular drive-in should be investigated by CA Health Dept. My sister went to emergency. Being diagnosised now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
