I ate their Lime Chicken Salad on Thurs Dec 12 2024. Within 4 hours I had massive stomach pain and projectile vomited for 6 hours with accompanying diarrhea. I had chills and cramps and severe dehydration. Sought out emergency services.

Ate for lunch on 1-19 and chicken tasted undercooked. Began vomiting at 7 pm and up all night with diarrhea. Still suffering 24 hours later

Turkey Cobb Salad Illness

I ordered the Turkey Health Cobb and ate it around 8pm. I woke up at 2am with severe abdominal cramping, which turned into diarrhea and vomiting until 4am. The diarrhea continued when I woke up again at 8am.
