Weird Chicken, Quick Symptoms

I got the K10 meal the 3 piece meal. Anyways i bit into one piece of chicken and it tasted super weird so I quit eating it. About 20 min later I feel queasy and stomach is cramping and hurting and then it’s non stop diarrhea for hours on end.
