Me and my wife went for a drive with our son. I was craving some fried chicken at the time. While he slept we decided to go get the chicken and keep driving the country side. We got home I decided to eat more after I wake up for my shift at the hospital. Woke up felt alittle nauseous. I didn’t throw up but I had diarrhea and my wife was throwing up later that night. Our grandpa who lives with us had a chicken breast. He also was puking up all that night. He is 90 years old. Took him a couple days to recover. My son luckily we did not give him the chicken so he is fine. He is 2 years old. It would have hospitalized him for sure.

On 03/02/2023, I went to the mall with my fiancé, he ate KFC as usual and I ended up getting a double cheese just bread, meat and cheese. The restaurant was already closing that day because it was almost 22:00.
When it was around 01:00 in the... See More morning, I started to experience a stomach ache and had diarrhea all day long and on Sunday too, until then, taking away all the emotional exhaustion and abdominal pain was taking hold.
However, when Sunday night arrived, a white spot appeared in my mouth, and I thought it must be a good cold sore... when it was Monday there were several canker sores scattered around my mouth, which made me suspect stomatitis due to food poisoning and potatoes. I went to the doctor and prescribed some medications to alleviate the pain.
However, I am a lawyer and I was in a week of hearings and appointments. I had to reschedule several clients the hearings I had to take even with great pain!

Investigators closed the restaurant during their visit on January 24, 2023. The restaurant was required to complete a thorough cleaning and disinfection.
