Friday January 12 about noon Kings Restaurant, Kinston NC. Macaroni and cheese. I believe b. Cereus infection My dining companion tasted the Mac and cheese and cringed, didn’t like it. But I ate almost all of it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
