Ate there Sunday night Nov.26th.2017. I had the Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Pizza with side cup of Jalapeno cheese sauce. It was all I had ate that day and within hours I had fever, chills, and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
