Yesterday at here We took one bite of the pizza and clos d the box. Decided to just eat the cheese bread.. that tasted off. Later that night were both throwing up and shitting our guts out then I start throwing up blood and shitting it too One employee not wearing gloves. The pizza was rock hard  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
