Yesterday at here We took one bite of the pizza and clos d the box. Decided to just eat the cheese bread.. that tasted off. Later that night were both throwing up and shitting our guts out then I start throwing up blood and shitting it too One employee not wearing gloves. The pizza was rock hard  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate green grapes. Both daughter and husband have diarrhea and hubby has nausea. My husband did require an ER visit. The only thing we can attribute it to is the green grapes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We shared deviled eggs and Mac and cheese with pork at restaurant , 2 of us got sick. Within 45 min I was vomiting in their bathroom. We paid bill and I vomited for next 2 hours until diarrhea started. My friend got sick about 2 hours later but had nausea within 2 hours of leaving restaurant   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I hadn't eaten since breakfast because I was working. On the way home picked up 2 bacon egg, cheese biscuits and fries around 7:15pm. Woke up around 3:30am and was horribly sick, diarrhea and vomiting the rest of the next day. Ruined mcdonalds breakfast for life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
