Severe Illness After Pizza

A couple hours after eating one piece of deep dish pizza and 2 pieces of crazy bread with sauce, I became severely ill. Severe stomack pains, nausea, body aches, severe diarrhea. Lasted several hours. Weakness followed by dehydration after.
