Blue Wedge Salad Illness

I ordered the blue wedge salad and french onion soup. About an hour after returning home, I've started receiving terrible stomach pains. Those soon turned into ridiculous amounts of vomiting and diarrhea. A day later I'm still experiencing lots of nausea and diarrhea.

I had the prime rib and mashed potatoes. I feel absolutely terrible. My whole body hurts. If I dont feel better tomorrow I will be seeing a doctor. This is absolutely terrible
