My husband and sister in law both had the sausage, pepper jack and egg sandwich around 10:30 am, the rest of the family had other items from the menu. By 4 pm they were both violently ill with upset stomach, diarrhea, vomiting and fever which persisted until the early hours of the morning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
