Birthday Bash Ends Badly

We were a group of 4 and ordered several small plates and burgers. All of us got sick overnight with diarrhea and vomiting. Not a fun way to spend a birthday! Think it may have been the bread and butter pickles with cultured butter  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
