I ate the beef fajitas and chips and salsa. I began feeling stomach champing about 8 hours later. All night I have been vomiting and had diarrhea. Feeling very dizzy and fell | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
