Chicken Salad Causes Illness

I ate a Grilled chicken bacon ranch salad for lunch and had horrible stomach pains within minutes. I proceeded to have diarrhea and threw up twice within the hour and now feel much better. I was feeling 100% before that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
